Food: Due to the wide variety of dietary restrictions (food allergies, religious restrictions, vegatarian, gluten free etc), Explore Highland made the decision in 2017 to provide all paddlers with information required to support their food planning and equipment to cook it over trying to cater for multiple requirements whilst wild camping.  This means everyone in the group's dietary requirements are catered for which makes for happy paddlers. Stove, windshield, gas, lighter, pan set, kettle, plate, bowl, mug and cuttlery plus cooking utensils can all be provided if required FREE OF CHARGE. Food planners for trips are also available
