What can your Gift Vouchers be used for?

Paddlesports include all-inclusive open canoeing, sea kayaking, and paddleboarding activities. White water kayaking is offered as coached/guided activity for those with their own equipment.
 
Vouchers can be used as full or part payment for any activity offered.

How long is your Gift Vouchers valid for?

All Explore Highland Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date purchased, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the expiry date.

Should a booked activity be cancelled by Explore Highland, an extension will be granted. Please be aware however that our main season for paddling activities is from March to October and it is highly recommended that all gift voucher bookings are made as early as possible to offer a greater choice of availability.

How quickly can Gift Vouchers/E-Vouchers be sent out?

Gift Vouchers are available throughout the year. Unfortunately, during the busy Summer season, the workshop/store is not staffed so processing gift vouchers may take a little longer, especially if working away on a guided adventure.

Normally suggest allowing 3-5 days from the time of ordering to receiving the gift vouchers in the post. All gift vouchers are posted out first class.
