Our four day Beginner River Kayaking adventure is based out of Inverness.

Duration
Four days river coaching/guiding

Meeting Point
Meeting in Tiso OE, Inverness  8.45am for 9.00am, returning approx 6.00pm each day

Things to Remember
Please bring along the following items;

• Appropriate footwear and paddling clothing
• Change of clothes for each day
• Lunch and a hot flask
• A waterproof case for your phone or camera

We will supply the following items;

• Professional coaching and safety cover for this adventure
• Transport daily to chosen river
• First Aid and safety equipment
• Group toilet bag
• Group evening meal on first night of the course

These resources are also available on request:

• Appropriate river kayak and spray deck
• A werner river paddle
• A helmet, cag and buoyancy aid
• A throw bag

Group Size
Minimum two/ maximum four kayakers

Age Restrictions
This activity is NOT suitable for under 18’s.
