Introduction to Sea Kayaking

Our Introduction to Sea Kayaking course is ideal for those who are looking at getting a safe insight into taking up this recreational pursuit.

Timing
Meeting at 10am. Course participants will be off the water by 4.30pm and finished by 5pm.

Meeting Point
Tiso OE Inverness, Longman Road, Inverness.

Things to Remember
Please bring along the following items;

• Old pair of trainers or wellies
• Waterproof jacket and trousers
• A hat or cap
• Maybe shades and suntan cream
• Complete change of clothes
• Lunch

What we Supply
We will supply the following items;

• Seven hours of coaching/guiding
• Suitable craft for activity
• Appropriate sized buoyancy aid
• Appropriate sized paddle & spray deck

Group Size
Minimum two paddlers/ maximum six paddlers.

Age Restrictions
This activity is suitable for 10-18 yo’s when accompanied by a parent or guardian on the water.
