SUP for Beginners
This two hour session is an introduction to paddling stand up paddle boards.
Session will include
- Board & paddle features
- Moving & handling
- Launching & landing
- Various paddling stances & positions
- Safety & self rescue skills
Wetsuits available for those who don’t have their own. Swim wear, towel and old trainers or wetsuit shoes recommended.
Coffee & tea supplied on arrival from 9.45am
